By using this webshop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all purchases and services via the Solistique webshop. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Account and Access

To make a purchase, you must be of legal age according to Dutch law. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment, and shipping information. Solistique is not responsible for errors or delays caused by incorrect information.

3. Products and Use

Products contain active ingredients. For external use only. Check the ingredients list if you have allergies.

If you have sensitive skin, test the product on a small patch of skin on the inside of your wrist before full use. Solistique is not liable for skin reactions or allergic reactions, unless caused by shipping or delivery errors.

Products are delivered as available; images may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Orders and Payment

Payments can be made via iDEAL or credit card. Gift cards are valid for 1 year. Payment is processed at the time of order.

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs.

5. Delivery and Returns

Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 2-5 business days
Rest of the world: variable, as indicated at checkout

Returns:

Only unused items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged products may be disposed of, but please provide photos as proof.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the product is handed to the carrier.

6. Liability

Solistique is not liable for damage caused by improper use, allergic reactions, or skin irritation, unless directly resulting from shipping or delivery errors.

Products are supplied by an external manufacturer; complaints regarding production or ingredients should be reported to Solistique so we can address them with the supplier.

7. Privacy and Marketing

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

We use marketing and analytics systems from external providers to manage and optimize the webshop. Solistique is not responsible for how these third parties process personal data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Solistique or its licensors. It may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

9. Complaints

Any complaints regarding products or delivery must be reported within 2 months of receipt via info@solistique.com. We will take reasonable steps to provide a solution, including replacement or refund if applicable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

11. Changes

Solistique reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions. Changes will be published on the website and take effect from the date of publication.
