Refund policy

Not happy with your purchase? You can return products under the following conditions:

• Return period: 14 days from the day you receive your order.

• Eligible products: Only unused items in their original packaging. For damaged products, please send a photo when contacting us.

• How to return: First, contact us at info@solistique.com with your order number and product details. We will confirm if the product can be returned or should be disposed of.

• Return costs: You cover the costs unless the return is due to our mistake (damaged or incorrect item).

• Refunds: Once we receive and check your returned items, we refund the purchase via your original payment method within 14 days.
